वाचि क्षुरो नावनीतं हृदयं हि द्विजन्मनाम् । प्रकुप्यंति प्रसीदंति क्षणेनापि प्रसादिताः
vāci kṣuro nāvanītaṃ hṛdayaṃ hi dvijanmanām | prakupyaṃti prasīdaṃti kṣaṇenāpi prasāditāḥ
گفتار میں دِوِج (دوبارہ جنم لینے والے) استرے کی مانند تیز ہو سکتے ہیں، مگر ان کے دل مکھن جیسی نرمی سے خالی نہیں۔ وہ بھڑک بھی اٹھتے ہیں اور راضی بھی ہو جاتے ہیں؛ جب منا لیے جائیں تو ایک ہی لمحے میں کرم فرما ہو جاتے ہیں۔
