प्राग्नाभ्यां हृदये वायुरथ तालौ भ्रुवोंऽतरे । चतुर्दले षड्दशे च द्वादशे षोडशद्विके

پہلے یوگی ناف کے مقام سے پران وایو کو ہردے میں ٹھہراتا ہے؛ پھر اسے تالو تک اور بھنوؤں کے بیچ لے جاتا ہے—چار پتیوں، سولہ پتیوں، بارہ پتیوں اور دو بار سولہ پتیوں والے کنول-مرکزوں میں۔
