नारद उवाच । समासात्तव वक्ष्यामि योगतत्त्वं कुरूद्वह । श्रवणादपि नैर्मल्यं यस्य स्यात्सेवनात्किमु
nārada uvāca | samāsāttava vakṣyāmi yogatattvaṃ kurūdvaha | śravaṇādapi nairmalyaṃ yasya syātsevanātkimu
نارَد نے کہا: اے کُروؤں میں برگزیدہ! میں تمہیں اختصار کے ساتھ یوگ کا تَتّو بیان کروں گا۔ جس کے محض سننے سے پاکیزگی حاصل ہو جائے، تو اس کی خدمت و سادھنا سے کیا کچھ نہ ہوگا!
