ततः प्रयांति संपूर्णास्ताश्च देहं समंततः । ततः स नाडिमध्यस्थो रञ्जकेनोष्मणा रसः

tataḥ prayāṃti saṃpūrṇāstāśca dehaṃ samaṃtataḥ | tataḥ sa nāḍimadhyastho rañjakenoṣmaṇā rasaḥ

پھر وہ نڑیاں پوری طرح بھر کر بدن میں ہر طرف پھیل جاتی ہیں۔ تب نڑیوں کے بیچ ٹھہرا ہوا رَس رنجک اُشمٰی (رنگ چڑھانے والی حرارت) کے اثر میں آتا ہے۔
