मध्ये क्लीबस्तु वामे स्त्री दक्षिणे पुरुषस्तथा । तिष्ठत्युदरभागे च पृष्ठेरग्निमुखः किल
madhye klībastu vāme strī dakṣiṇe puruṣastathā | tiṣṭhatyudarabhāge ca pṛṣṭheragnimukhaḥ kila
اگر وہ درمیان میں ہو تو مخنث بنتا ہے؛ بائیں طرف ہو تو عورت؛ دائیں طرف ہو تو مرد۔ وہ پیٹ کے حصے میں ٹھہرتا ہے، ماں کی جٹھراگنی (ہاضم آگ) کی طرف رخ کیے—ایسا کہا گیا ہے۔
