Transliteration

tulādhāradharaḥ kāryo ripau mitre ca yaḥ samaḥ | śrāvayetprāḍvivāko'pi tulādhāraṃ vicakṣaṇaḥ

Translation

ترازو تھامنے والا (تُلا دھار) ایسا مقرر کیا جائے جو دشمن و دوست دونوں کے ساتھ یکساں، بے لاگ ہو۔ بصیرت والا پرَاڑوِواکا (قاضی) بھی تُلا دھار کو ہدایت سنا کر طریقے کے مطابق چلائے۔
