एतेन श्रुतिशास्त्राणि पुराणं च वृतैव किम् । अग्रे सप्तर्षिपूर्वा ये ब्राह्मणाः क्षत्रिया भवन्
etena śrutiśāstrāṇi purāṇaṃ ca vṛtaiva kim | agre saptarṣipūrvā ye brāhmaṇāḥ kṣatriyā bhavan
اگر ایسا ہی ہے تو پھر وید، شاستر اور حتیٰ کہ پرانوں کی حاجت کیا رہ جاتی ہے؟ قدیم زمانے میں، جن کے آگے سات رِشی تھے، وہ برہمن اپنے فریضے میں کشتریہ بن گئے تھے۔
