Transliteration

gaṃdhamādanasaṃsthāyā mahāgajapramāṇataḥ | phalāni jaṃbavāstannāmnā jaṃbūdvīpamiti smṛtam

Translation

گندھمادن پر قائم جمبو کے درخت سے—جس کے پھل عظیم ہاتھیوں کے برابر بڑے ہیں—یہ خطہ اسی نام سے ‘جمبودویپ’ کے طور پر یاد کیا جاتا ہے۔
