इक्षुसारस्वरूपेण समुद्रेण परिवृतम् । गोमेदं तस्य परितो द्विगुणं तावता वृतम्
ikṣusārasvarūpeṇa samudreṇa parivṛtam | gomedaṃ tasya parito dviguṇaṃ tāvatā vṛtam
یہ گنّے کے رس کی ماہیت والے سمندر سے چاروں طرف گھرا ہوا ہے۔ اس کے گرد گومید-دویپ ہے جو دوگنا بڑا ہے اور اسی قدر حد بندی میں محصور ہے۔
