Lomaśa (the sage, contextual)
Scene: Sage Lomaśa, serene and compassionate, raises a hand in blessing (‘tathāstu’) while the bowed beings remain in añjali; the mood is paternal, like accepting disciples.
A true saint responds to sincere surrender with acceptance and guidance, transforming seekers into disciples through grace.
No named tīrtha; the verse emphasizes the sanctity generated by saintly presence and compassion.
No formal ritual; the implied practice is approaching a guru with praṇāma and receptivity.
