न चैताः परिनिन्दामो जनिर्यार्भ्यः प्रवर्तते । केवलं तान्विनिंदामो ये च तासु निरर्गलाः

na caitāḥ parinindāmo janiryārbhyaḥ pravartate | kevalaṃ tānviniṃdāmo ye ca tāsu nirargalāḥ

ہم ان عورتوں کی مذمت نہیں کرتے، کیونکہ ان کا چلن ان کی فطرت اور پرورش ہی سے نکلتا ہے۔ ہم تو صرف اُن لوگوں کی ملامت کرتے ہیں جو ان کے ساتھ بے لگام اور بے قابو رویہ رکھتے ہیں۔
