वसंते निवसंती सा वने बालाचलंमनः । चक्रे तपस्यपि श्रुत्वा कोकिला काकलीरवम्

بہار کے موسم میں جنگل میں رہتے ہوئے اس نوخیز کنیا کا من ڈول گیا؛ پھر بھی کوئل کی شیریں کوک سن کر بھی وہ اپنی تپسیا میں ثابت قدم رہی۔
