आदौ विनायकं पूज्य घृतपूरान्निवेद्य च । ततोर्चयेद्विश्वभुजामशोककुसुमैः शुभैः

ādau vināyakaṃ pūjya ghṛtapūrānnivedya ca | tatorcayedviśvabhujāmaśokakusumaiḥ śubhaiḥ

سب سے پہلے وِنایک کی پوجا کرے اور گھرت پور (گھی بھری مٹھائی) نذر کرے۔ پھر شُبھ اشوک کے پھولوں سے وِشو بھُجا (گوری) کی ارچنا کرے۔
