पप्रच्छ दमनं चेति कस्त्वं कस्मादिहागतः । तरुणोपि विरक्तोसि कुतस्तद्वद सत्तम
papraccha damanaṃ ceti kastvaṃ kasmādihāgataḥ | taruṇopi viraktosi kutastadvada sattama
اُس نے دَمَن سے پوچھا: “تو کون ہے اور کہاں سے یہاں آیا ہے؟ جوان ہو کر بھی تو بے رغبت ہے—یہ کیفیت کیسے پیدا ہوئی؟ بتا، اے بہترین انسان!”
