skaṃda uvāca | uktā paṃcanadotpattirmitrāvaruṇanaṃdana | idānīṃ kathayiṣyāmi mādhavāviṣkṛtiṃ parām

Translation

سکند نے کہا: اے متر اور ورُن کے فرزند! میں نے پنچ ند کی پیدائش بیان کر دی؛ اب میں کاشی میں مادھو (وشنو) کے اعلیٰ ترین ظہور کا بیان کروں گا۔
