वहेन्नासापुटयुगे दशाहानि निरंतरम् । वातश्चेत्सह संक्रांतिस्तया जीवेद्दिनत्रयम्
vahennāsāpuṭayuge daśāhāni niraṃtaram | vātaścetsaha saṃkrāṃtistayā jīveddinatrayam
اگر سانس دونوں نتھنوں سے دس دن تک مسلسل چلے، اور اسی کے ساتھ ہوا کے بہاؤ میں ‘سَنگرانتی’ (انتقال/تبدیلی) بھی واقع ہو، تو اس علامت سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ وہ صرف تین دن اور جیے گا۔
