स्नात्वा न मार्जयेद्गात्रं विसृजेन्न शिखां पथि । हस्तौ शिरो न धुनुयान्नाकर्षेदासनं पदा
snātvā na mārjayedgātraṃ visṛjenna śikhāṃ pathi | hastau śiro na dhunuyānnākarṣedāsanaṃ padā
غسل کے بعد بدن کو رگڑ کر خشک نہ کرے؛ راستے میں شِکھا (چوٹی) کو کھول کر نہ لٹکائے۔ ہاتھوں کو سر کے اوپر جھٹکے نہ دے، اور پاؤں سے آسن کو گھسیٹ کر نہ لے جائے۔
