रजस्वलां न सेवेत नाश्नीयात्सह भार्यया । एकवासा न भुंजीत न भुंजीतोत्कटासने
rajasvalāṃ na seveta nāśnīyātsaha bhāryayā | ekavāsā na bhuṃjīta na bhuṃjītotkaṭāsane
حیض والی عورت سے قربت نہ کرے، اور نہ ہی اپنی بیوی کے ساتھ ایک ساتھ کھانا کھائے۔ صرف ایک کپڑا پہن کر نہ کھائے، اور اُکٹ آسن (اکڑوں بیٹھ کر) بھی کھانا نہ کھائے۔
