विचार्यापि न जानीमो वद निर्वेदकारणम् । अद्य ते ह्यर्थचिंता नो क्वापमानः प्रसूर्गृहे
vicāryāpi na jānīmo vada nirvedakāraṇam | adya te hyarthaciṃtā no kvāpamānaḥ prasūrgṛhe
“ہم نے غور بھی کیا مگر سمجھ نہ سکے؛ اپنی بے رغبتی کا سبب بتاؤ۔ آج تمہیں کس بات کی فکر ہے؟ کیا ماں کے گھر کہیں تمہاری توہین ہوئی تھی؟”
