नंदिनापहृते शुक्रे गिलिते च विषादिना । विषादमगमन्दैत्या हीयमानरणोत्सवाः

naṃdināpahṛte śukre gilite ca viṣādinā | viṣādamagamandaityā hīyamānaraṇotsavāḥ

جب نندِن نے شُکر (کوی) کو چھین لیا اور وِصاد نے اسے نگل لیا، تو دَیتیَہ مایوسی میں ڈوب گئے؛ ان کی جنگی مسرّت مدھم پڑ گئی۔
