संन्यस्ताखिलकर्मापि पितुर्वंद्यो हिमस्करी । सर्ववंद्येन यतिना प्रसूर्वंद्या प्रयत्नतः
saṃnyastākhilakarmāpi piturvaṃdyo himaskarī | sarvavaṃdyena yatinā prasūrvaṃdyā prayatnataḥ
اگرچہ ماں نے تمام اعمال ترک کر دیے ہوں، پھر بھی وہ باپ کے لیے قابلِ تعظیم رہتی ہے؛ اور جو یتی سب کے نزدیک محترم ہے، اسے بھی خاص کوشش کے ساتھ ماں کی بندگی کرنی چاہیے، کیونکہ وہی اس کی پیدائش کا سرچشمہ ہے۔
