श्रीसूत उवाच । वक्ष्यामि राक्षसं क्रूरं तं विप्राः शृणुतादरात् । यथा स राक्षसो जातो मुनीनां शापवैभवात्
śrīsūta uvāca | vakṣyāmi rākṣasaṃ krūraṃ taṃ viprāḥ śṛṇutādarāt | yathā sa rākṣaso jāto munīnāṃ śāpavaibhavāt
شری سوت نے کہا: “اے وِپرو (برہمنو)، میں اس سفّاک راکشس کا بیان کروں گا؛ توجہ سے سنو—وہ راکشس مُنیوں کے شاپ کی زبردست قوت سے کیسے پیدا ہوا۔”
