न च दर्शयते मन्दस्तदा रामस्य सागरः । प्रयतेनापि रामेण यथार्हमपि पूजितः

na ca darśayate mandastadā rāmasya sāgaraḥ | prayatenāpi rāmeṇa yathārhamapi pūjitaḥ

پھر بھی سمندر، سست اور بے جواب، رام کو درشن نہ دے سکا—حالانکہ رام نے پوری کوشش سے، جیسا مناسب تھا، اس کی باقاعدہ پوجا کی تھی۔
