देशे काले च विधिना तदानंत्याय कल्पते । भूप्रदो मण्डलाधीशः सर्वत्र सुखितोऽन्नदः
deśe kāle ca vidhinā tadānaṃtyāya kalpate | bhūprado maṇḍalādhīśaḥ sarvatra sukhito'nnadaḥ
جب جگہ اور وقت کا لحاظ رکھ کر شاستر کے مطابق دان کیا جائے تو اس کا پھل اَکھوٹ ہو جاتا ہے۔ زمین دینے والا صوبوں کا حاکم بنتا ہے، اور اَنّ دینے والا ہر جگہ خوش رہتا ہے۔
