Transliteration

evamanyonyamākṛṣya yudhyamānau jayecchayā | tataḥ parighamādāya āyasaṃ daityapuṃgavaḥ

Translation

یوں دونوں فتح کی خواہش میں ایک دوسرے کو کھینچتے ہوئے لڑتے رہے؛ پھر دَیتیہوں کے سردار نے لوہے کا پرِغ (گُرز) اٹھا لیا۔
