अंसोरुयुग्मे धर्मादीन्न्यस्य नाभौ च पार्श्वयोः । अधर्मादीननंतादीन्हृदि पीठे मनुं न्यसेत्

Transliteration

aṃsoruyugme dharmādīnnyasya nābhau ca pārśvayoḥ | adharmādīnanaṃtādīnhṛdi pīṭhe manuṃ nyaset

Translation

دونوں کندھوں اور رانوں کے جوڑے پر دھرم وغیرہ کا نیاس کرے؛ اور ناف اور پہلوؤں پر اَدھرم وغیرہ اور اَننت وغیرہ کا نیاس کرے۔ پھر ہردیہ کے پیٹھ-آسن پر منتر (منو) کو قائم کرے۔
