गुरवः संति लोकेषु जन्मतो गुणतस्तथा । तेषामपि च सर्वेषां पुराणज्ञः परो गुरुः
guravaḥ saṃti lokeṣu janmato guṇatastathā | teṣāmapi ca sarveṣāṃ purāṇajñaḥ paro guruḥ
دنیا میں گُرو پیدائش کے سبب بھی ہوتے ہیں اور اوصاف کے سبب بھی؛ مگر اُن سب کے درمیان پُران کا جاننے والا ہی برتر و اعلیٰ گُرو ہے۔
