پھر طلوع ہوتے ہوئے مارتنڈ (سورج) کا دھیان کرکے ہمیشہ پرنام کرے۔ خوشبو، پھول، تامبول (پان)، ساگ اور پکے پھل وغیرہ نذر کرے۔
