अतोऽहं मर्तुमिच्छामि सहैव शिशुनाऽमुना । कृतार्थाहं यदद्य त्वामपश्यं मरणोन्मुखी
ato'haṃ martumicchāmi sahaiva śiśunā'munā | kṛtārthāhaṃ yadadya tvāmapaśyaṃ maraṇonmukhī
اس لیے میں اس بچے کے ساتھ ہی مرنا چاہتی ہوں۔ پھر بھی میں اپنی زندگی کو کامیاب سمجھتی ہوں، کیونکہ آج—موت کا سامنا کرتے ہوئے بھی—میں نے آپ کی زیارت کر لی ہے۔
