یہ عطیہ اس وِپر (برہمن) کو پیش کرنا چاہیے جو سراپا نورانی، نیک سیرت اور خوش گفتار ہو، اے بھارت۔ خصوصاً ماہِ ماغھ کی پورنیما کے دن، اور اسی طرح ماہِ کارتک میں بھی۔
