गतः पितामहं सोमो वेपमानोऽमृतांशुमान् । पद्मयोने नमस्तुभ्यं वेदगर्भ नमोऽस्तु ते । शरणं त्वां प्रसन्नोऽस्मि पाहि मां कमलासन
gataḥ pitāmahaṃ somo vepamāno'mṛtāṃśumān | padmayone namastubhyaṃ vedagarbha namo'stu te | śaraṇaṃ tvāṃ prasanno'smi pāhi māṃ kamalāsana
امرت جیسی کرنوں والا سومہ کانپتا ہوا پِتامہہ برہما کے پاس گیا۔ “اے پدم یونی! آپ کو نمسکار؛ اے وید گربھ! آپ کو نمسکار۔ میں آپ کی پناہ لیتا ہوں، مہربان ہو کر میری حفاظت کیجیے، اے کمل آسن!”
