tenaiva jātamātreṇa rāvo mukto mahātmanā | saṃvartakasya meghasya tena lokā jaḍīkṛtāḥ
Sūta (Lomaharṣaṇa) (deduced)
Scene: A newborn hero emits a thunderous roar; the three worlds appear stunned and motionless, with dark saṃvartaka clouds looming like pralaya.
Purāṇic portents show that extraordinary power can arise with terrifying force, inviting discernment: power without Dharma becomes a cause of fear for the worlds.
No tīrtha is directly praised in this verse; it uses cosmic imagery (saṃvartaka cloud) to describe the roar.
None; the verse describes an omen-like event at birth.
