आराध्य पशुभर्तारं मया पूर्वं महेश्वरम् । पुराणं श्रुतमेतद्धि तत्ते वक्ष्याम्यशेषतः

ārādhya paśubhartāraṃ mayā pūrvaṃ maheśvaram | purāṇaṃ śrutametaddhi tatte vakṣyāmyaśeṣataḥ

میں نے پہلے مہیشر، مخلوقات کے پالنے والے، کی عبادت کی اور یہ پُران سنا ہے؛ اس لیے اب میں اسے تمہیں بغیر کسی کمی کے مکمل طور پر بیان کروں گا۔
