निर्धनस्यैव चरतो न भयं विद्यते क्वचित् । धनीभयैर्न मुच्येत धनं तस्मात्त्यजाम्यहम्

nirdhanasyaiva carato na bhayaṃ vidyate kvacit | dhanībhayairna mucyeta dhanaṃ tasmāttyajāmyaham

جو بے مال ہو کر جیتا ہے، اسے کہیں بھی خوف نہیں ہوتا؛ مگر مالدار، مال سے پیدا ہونے والے خوفوں سے آزاد نہیں ہوتا۔ اس لیے میں دولت کا ترک کرتا ہوں۔
