اس تیرتھ پر ہویہ واہن (اگنی) نے شِکھا حاصل کرنے کے لیے تپسیا کی۔ شِکھا پا کر اور ‘شِکھی’ بن کر، اس نے وہاں شیو کو قائم کیا اور اُنہیں ‘شِکھاکھیہ’ کے نام سے موسوم کیا۔
