Transliteration

ebhiraṣṭacatvāriṃśadbhiḥ saṃskāraiḥ saṃkṛto brāhmaṇo bhavati

Translation

ان اڑتالیس سنسکاروں کے ذریعے جب کوئی شخص باقاعدہ طور پر سنسکرت (تہذیب یافتہ) ہو جاتا ہے تو وہ حقیقی برہمن بنتا ہے۔
