Transliteration

paiśunyā rasavikreyāḥ sarvakālavinākṛtāḥ | svagotrāṃ paragotrāṃ vā ye bhuñjanti dvijādhamāḥ

Translation

چغل خور، لذتوں/نفیس چیزوں کے بیوپاری، جو ہر وقت بدکرداری میں لگے رہتے ہیں، اور وہ کمینے برہمن جو اپنے گوتر کی یا دوسرے گوتر کی عورتوں سے بھوگ کرتے ہیں—(سب) اسی میں شامل ہیں۔
