caturthyaṅgārakadine saṃkalpya kṛtaniścayaḥ | snāyādastaṃ gate sūrye sandhyopāsanatatparaḥ

جب چَتُرتھی تِتھی اَنگارک کے دن (منگل) سے مل جائے تو پختہ ارادے کے ساتھ سنکلپ (نذر) کرے۔ سورج ڈوبنے کے بعد اشنان کرے اور سندھیا اُپاسنا میں مشغول رہے۔
