लोको निरङ्कुशः सर्वो मर्यादालङ्घने रतः । मर्यादा स्थापिता तेन शास्त्रं वीक्ष्य महर्षिभिः
loko niraṅkuśaḥ sarvo maryādālaṅghane rataḥ | maryādā sthāpitā tena śāstraṃ vīkṣya maharṣibhiḥ
تمام لوگ بےلگام ہو جاتے ہیں اور حدود توڑنے میں لذت پاتے ہیں۔ اسی لیے مہارشیوں نے شاستروں کو دیکھ کر مراتب و قیود قائم کیں۔
