हितार्थं सर्वभूतानामृषिभिः स्थापितं पुरा । तपसा तु समुद्धृत्य नर्मदायां महाम्भसि

hitārthaṃ sarvabhūtānāmṛṣibhiḥ sthāpitaṃ purā | tapasā tu samuddhṛtya narmadāyāṃ mahāmbhasi

تمام جانداروں کی بھلائی کے لیے رشیوں نے اسے قدیم زمانے میں قائم کیا؛ اور تپسیا کے زور سے اسے ابھار کر نرمدا کے عظیم پانیوں میں مستقر کیا۔
