Transliteration ghṛtávatī bhúvanānām abhiśríyor vī́ pṛthvī́ madhudúghe supéśasā | dyā́vā-pṛthivī́ váruṇasya dhármaṇā víṣkabhite ajáre bhū́ri-retasā
Translation Rich in ghee, the two fair glories of the worlds—broad Earth, honey-milking, of goodly form; Heaven and Earth, by Varuṇa’s ordinance, are propped apart, unaging, of abundant generative power.
