Samhita Patha (Devanagari) ई॒र्मान्ता॑सः॒ सिलि॑कमध्यमासः॒ सᳪ शूर॑णासो दि॒व्यासो॒ अत्या॑ः । ह॒सा इ॑व श्रेणि॒शो य॑तन्ते॒ यदाक्षि॑षुर्दि॒व्यमज्म॒मश्वा॑ः
Transliteration īrmā́ntāsaḥ sílikamadhyamāsaḥ sáṃ śū́raṇāso divyā́so átyāḥ | hāsā́ iva śreṇiśó yatante yád ākṣiṣur divyám ajmáṃ áśvāḥ
Translation Impetuous, firm of middle, strong of muzzle, heavenly are the racers. Like geese in ordered ranks they strain, when the horses have reached the heavenly course.
