Samhita Patha (Devanagari) कृ॒णु॒ष्व पाज॒: प्रसि॑तिं॒ न पृ॒थ्वीं या॒हि राजे॒वाम॑वाँ॒२ इभे॑न । तृ॒ष्वीमनु॒ प्रसि॑तिं द्रूणा॒नोऽस्ता॑सि॒ विध्य॑ र॒क्षस॒स्तपि॑ष्ठैः
Transliteration kṛṇuṣvá pā́jaḥ prásitiṃ ná pṛthvī́ṃ yāhí rājévámavā́n ibhéna | tṛṣvī́m ánu prásitiṃ drūṇā́nó’stā́si vidhyá rákṣasas tápiṣṭhaiḥ ||
Translation Put forth thy might; advance, as it were, across the earth; go like a king, strong, with an elephant. Following thy eager onset, rushing on, thou art an archer: pierce thou the Rakṣas with thy most burning (shafts)!
