Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
It ranks inner yogic attainments—like mastery of Suṣumnā and the Brahma-randhra—below the final metaphysical truth: liberation is consummated in realizing Śiva-tattva, the supreme Pati (Lord) beyond all limited states.
Linga-worship begins with saguna devotion and purification, but its aim is to lead the devotee to the formless, highest Śiva-tattva indicated here—beyond energies, channels, and subtle centers.
It points to inner contemplation: steadiness in japa of the Panchākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and meditative ascent through the central channel, while remembering that the goal is not merely crown-experience but abiding in Śiva-tattva.
