Morning Purity & Bath Procedure

सोपवीतश्शिखां बद्धा प्रविश्य च जलांतरम् । अवगाह्य समाचांतो जले न्यस्येत्त्रिमंडलम्

sopavītaśśikhāṃ baddhā praviśya ca jalāṃtaram | avagāhya samācāṃto jale nyasyettrimaṃḍalam

یَجنوپویت پہن کر اور شِکھا باندھ کر پانی میں داخل ہو۔ غوطہ لگا کر اور درست آچمن سے باطن کو پاک کر کے، اسی پانی میں تری منڈل (تری پُنڈْر کا نشان) کا نیاس کرے—شیو پوجا کی باقاعدہ ترتیب کے ساتھ۔
