سالک کنول لے؛ اور اگر وہ بھی میسر نہ ہو تو محض تصور سے کنول بنائے۔ اسی کنول کی کرنیکا کے بیچ ایک چھوٹا شِو لِنگ قائم/متصور کرے۔
Suta Goswami (narrating the Vāyavīya teaching to the sages at Naimiṣāraṇya)
Tattva Level: pashu
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
It teaches that Śiva-upāsanā is not limited by external materials: when a physical lotus is unavailable, the devotee may worship through pure bhāvanā (inner contemplation), placing the subtle Liṅga in the heart-lotus as a disciplined yogic act.
The Liṅga here functions as a saguna support (ālambana) for meditation—an approachable form through which the mind becomes steady and devotion is focused, leading toward deeper realization of Śiva as Pati beyond limitation.
A dhyāna practice: visualize a lotus (physical or mental) and install a small, subtle Liṅga in its center, then proceed with inner pūjā—often accompanied by japa such as the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) according to one’s tradition.
