sa itthaṃ nirjitakakubekarāḍ viṣayānpriyān | yathopajoṣaṃ bhuṃjāno nātṛpyadajitendriyaḥ

Translation

یوں اس نے جہات کے حاکموں کو مغلوب کرکے محبوب لذتوں کے اسباب حاصل کیے اور اپنی مرضی سے بھوگ کیا؛ مگر چونکہ اس کے حواس قابو میں نہ تھے، اسے کبھی سیرابی و قناعت نصیب نہ ہوئی۔
