देवपराजयः — शङ्करशरणागमनं स्कन्दकालीयुद्धं च | Devas’ Defeat, Refuge in Śaṅkara, and the Battle of Skanda and Kālī

पुनश्च चेतनां प्राप्य कार्तिकः परवीरहा । रत्नेन्द्रसारनिर्माणमारुरोह स्ववाहनम्

punaśca cetanāṃ prāpya kārtikaḥ paravīrahā | ratnendrasāranirmāṇamāruroha svavāhanam

پھر ہوش میں آ کر، دشمن کے سورماؤں کے قاتل کارتیکیہ جواہرات کے ادھیش کے جوہر سے بنے اپنے ہی واهن پر سوار ہوئے۔
