ایک بار وصل کے اختتام پر وِرِندا نے پہچان لیا کہ وہ درحقیقت وِشنو ہی ہے۔ غصّے سے بھر کر اس نے اسے ملامت کی اور یہ کلمات کہے۔

It marks the moment of moral awakening where truth is revealed and dharma becomes the measure of action; the Purana highlights that even extraordinary power must align with righteousness, and violations invite karmic consequence that ultimately supports the cosmic order upheld by Pati (Śiva).
Though Śiva is not named in this line, the Yuddhakhaṇḍa frames events as part of the divine governance that culminates in Śiva’s supremacy and restoration of order; for devotees, it reinforces Saguna worship—taking refuge in Śiva as the steadfast upholder of dharma when worldly appearances and disguises mislead.
The takeaway is vigilance in truthfulness and purity of intention; a practical Shaiva response is daily japa of the Pañcākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with calm self-examination, and prayer for dharmic clarity before action.
