اس مبارک مقام پر دل کو یکسو کر کے دیوتاؤں نے جگدمبیکا کو یاد کیا۔ وہاں بار بار سجدۂ تعظیم کر کے، پختہ عقیدت سے ان کی ثنا کی۔
Suta Goswami
Tattva Level: pashu
Shiva Form: Umāpati
Significance: Establishing the mind (manas-sthairya) in a holy place and smaraṇa of Jagadambikā is presented as a preparatory limb for receiving grace and successful stuti.
Type: stotra
Shakti Form: Pārvatī
Role: nurturing
It highlights śraddhā and mental steadiness as the foundation of fruitful devotion: the devas first stabilize the mind in a sacred setting, then remember and praise Jagadambikā, showing that inner recollection (smaraṇa) and repeated reverence mature into grace.
In the Rudrasaṃhitā, devotion to Pārvatī is inseparable from devotion to Śiva: worship of the Divine Mother supports saguna-upāsanā by focusing the mind, and such concentrated bhakti naturally harmonizes with Śiva-linga worship as the shared path of reverent remembrance and praise.
A simple practice is indicated: sit in a clean sacred place, steady the mind (manasaḥ-sthairya), perform repeated namaskāra, and do smaraṇa and stuti of the deity; this can be paired with japa such as “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” as a Shaiva devotional discipline.
